4. Pharmacy Medicines
Certain products on our website are classified as Pharmacy (P) medicines under UK law. These medicines are subject to additional requirements:
- Screening questionnaires — you must complete a pharmacy screening questionnaire before purchasing a Pharmacy medicine. This questionnaire allows our pharmacist to assess whether the medicine is safe and appropriate for you.
- Quantity limits — in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and responsible selling practices, purchase quantities of certain medicines are limited. For example, paracetamol-containing products are limited to 32 tablets per transaction.
- Right to refuse sale — our pharmacists reserve the right to refuse the sale of any medicine if, in their professional judgement, it is not appropriate for you. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including where a pharmacist determines a medicine is not suitable.
